Are your services covered by my insurance?

We accept Medicare with secondary insurance, many PPO Insurances  and some HMOs ,such as Devoted Health care..Please call the office and your Insurance company to verify if you are covered.

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

We accommodate most same day appointments, please come in 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.

What is your new patient procedure?

Please have an ID such as drivers license , your insurance cards and any medical records you have to bring to the appointment.
